The San Francisco Ultimate League (SFUL) is dedicated to furthering the sport of Ultimate Frisbee in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our first priority is teaching Spirit of the Game. Competition is highly encouraged, but never at the expense of having fun or enjoying the sport.

Spring League 2008 Tuesday & Thursday nights in Golden Gate Park!
Online registration for Spring League 2008 will start in early March. Registration for the Tuesday night league will start Tuesday 3/11 at noon and registration for the Thursday night league will start Thursday 3/13 at noon.

11th Edition Rules
The membership of the UPA approved the 11th Edition of the Rules of Ultimate in late 2006 and all SFUL events are now be played by this new set of rules. If you haven’t already please take a moment and review this summary of the major substantive changes.
